Company holidays
Days on these lists never count against that person's PTO, even if the trip covers them. The two lists are kept separate.
Tasmin — Stantec
Mike — Locksmith
Both lists are pre-filled with US federal holidays (observed) for 2026–2027 as a starting point. Delete anything your employers don't actually give you.
Tasmin's policy — accrues hourly, capped at rollover
Tracked in hours. Balance carries into the new year, but anything over the cap when the year rolls over is forfeited — so the goal is to land at or under the cap by Dec 31.
Mike's policy — resets Jul 1, no rollover
His balance zeroes out each July 1. The rate steps up once, on the date below.

Counts follow each person's own holiday list and policy.
Cloud backup
When set up, every change saves to the cloud automatically, so Mike's phone and yours stay in sync and nothing is lost if this browser's storage is cleared.
One-time setup (5 minutes)
- Create a free database at upstash.com (Redis, any region).
- Copy its REST URL and REST TOKEN from the Upstash console.
- In your Vercel project for this subdomain, go to Settings → Environment Variables and add
UPSTASH_REDIS_REST_URLandUPSTASH_REDIS_REST_TOKENwith those values. - Add the
api/backup.jsfile (provided alongside this page) to the same project and redeploy.
Until this is set up, "Sync now" will just say Not connected — everything still saves normally to this browser in the meantime.
Manual backup file
A local export as a second safety net, or for moving data around by hand.
